Tracy Lerman grew up on Long Island and, after a 12 year stint on the West Coast, has called the Hudson Valley home since 2013. She is the Executive Director of the Northeast Sustainable Agriculture Working Group (NESAWG), which works to create a more sustainable and just food system through policy advocacy, stakeholder collaboration, peer learning, and information sharing. She has worked in policy advocacy and grassroots organizing her entire career, and is very inspired by the work of CCE to empower youth and strengthen our Community through arts and movement. She lives in Kingston with her husband Leon, an organic farmer, and her daughter Ilya. She loves to bake, practice yoga, hike, and go on adventures with her dog, Daisy.
