Kimberly Guallpa is a caring and creative Teacher Assistant at CCE’s Lil’ Learners Preschool. She supports young children’s learning, exploration, and social-emotional growth while helping create a welcoming, playful, and inclusive classroom. Kimberly also brings experience leading arts-and-crafts activities in CCE youth programming.

A bilingual educator with a love of travel, Kimberly brings curiosity, cultural awareness, and a strong connection to community into her work. Her Spanish-language skills help CCE better understand and communicate with the evolving needs of Kingston’s Hispanic community, supporting meaningful engagement with children and families.
